Exception — Damaged or Faulty Items Only

We only accept a return or exchange if your item arrives damaged, torn, or with a manufacturing defect. We take great pride in the quality of our products and take all damage claims seriously.

• ✓Accepted: Item arrived with a tear, hole, or visible damage
• ✓Accepted: Item has a manufacturing defect (broken zip, missing button, stitching fault)
• ✓Accepted: Wrong item sent by us (different product or colour than ordered)
• ✗Not accepted: Change of mind after ordering
• ✗Not accepted: Wrong size ordered (please check our size guide before ordering)
• ✗Not accepted: Colour looks different on screen vs in person (colours may vary slightly due to photography)
• ✗Not accepted: Item has been worn, washed, or altered
