We only accept a return or exchange if your item arrives damaged, torn, or with a manufacturing defect. We take great pride in the quality of our products and take all damage claims seriously.
You must report a damaged item within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept claims after this period.
WhatsApp or email us clear photos of the damaged area and the full item. Also include your order details.
We will review your photos and confirm whether the damage qualifies. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
If approved, we will send a replacement item or issue a full refund including shipping. The choice is yours.
